I don't know what you're talking about (maybe someone else will). Can you be a little more specific as to what you mean by a free return receipt?

Something so that when I send an email to someone and they open it I know if and when it was opened.

hmm most corporate email clients have this feature (e.g ms outlook 2000) as standard - I assume you are looking for one to use with interent email.

A quick search found this for adding to outlook express (if you use that)
