Reverting 3.19 -> 3.17

Is there any way to do this for those with Steam versions of the game?

Apologies if this has already been answered didn't see it anywhere obvious.

unfortunately I fear the answer is no: steam does not provide the older patches and the only way to downgrade would be to uninstall the game, reinstall and then patch to the older version
