RFC Problems

Hi all, I just wanted to see if I'm in a boat all on my own or not. I believe I've found an infinite loop after I attemp to load an old RFC game after I have done a dynamic switch. I can load the gaqme fine prior to the switch, but not after. My theory (I am a programmer, but not of that magnitude) is that the game is having trouble coping with me switching to another Civ, because the game stops working when it reaches the "Waiting for other Civs" screen. No run-time error, because I can go back to the main menu no problem, the game just will not progress after that.
Btw, I have Vista 32 if that helps any...
