I had a very interresting idea, why not a mod who begin with the 13 colonie, the independance, civil war, and the modern era !

but I wonder one thing : if the map is the nord america, how add european country (maybe with a map who had just nord america and europe)

First of all, let's wait until Rhye's current project, RFC:GW is done, before we suggest any more projects.
Second, this mod shouldn't be for CIV, but for CIV:Colonization, and Rhye said that isn't going to happen (But I bet if the current modmods being developed turn out a big success Rhye will at least consider it).
