Rhys vs Rand?

I've read through the 'intro' thread, and some of the other threads in this forum by newbies...and I'm familiar with Rhys and Fall....but I'm still not sure what the difference between Rhye's and RAND is. Could anyone clarify this for me?

The map is randomized. How much it's randomized is the Very High through Low settings, but they're still Terra maps. Very Low offers totally different maps and spawn times.

The other major difference is that you can have two levels of smaller maps, so if RFC makes your computer slow, RAND should be better.
