To all those working on the Chuck "riddle"
If you're actually trying to deduce the answer based on the facts that you are given, don't waste any more time on it. It cannot be done. The solution involves things that were not mentioned in the "riddle" and do not even necessarily have to be in the "scene." If you're just guessing random answers based on the clues that we have been given (it has to do with an article of clothing) good luck to you.
I don't mean to offend anyone, but the Chuck "riddle" is really not a riddle. It's more along the lines of a "5-minute-mystery" where a brief scenario is set up and people get to ask yes or no questions about the scene until they figure out the mystery. I propose it be treated as such from now on. Let people ask yes or no questions about it until the answer can be deduced.

Perhaps she was wearing something differently when she got home, something she was not likely to take off during a movie. Stockings or pants or bra...
maybe she had switched stockings, like left stocking on the right leg and vice versa... or maybe chuck saw that she was lacking her bra, and he knew that when she left three hours ago, she was wearing a bra. Am i on to something?

Later that day, the peasant overheard the king saying that both pieces of paper would read EXILE, thus ensuring that the peasant would be out of his way for good. The peasant remained undaunted and, as arranged, arrived at the king's court where a large crowd gathered for the big event. The peasant then did something that assured him the hand of the king's daughter. What did he do?
Picture an empty wine bottle with a cork secured at the top in the usual way. Inside the bottle a metal ring hangs suspended by a string. How is it possible to make the metal ring drop to the bottom of the bottle without touching the ring, the thread, the cork, or the bottle while leaving the cork in place and intact?
NASA was considering sending canaries into space to study them under zero gravity. The project was scrapped when someone realized that in spite of having sufficient water supplies, they could die of dehydration within a few hours. Why?
A man was found shot dead in his study. He was slumped over his desk and a gun was in his hand. There was a cassette recorder on his desk. When the police entered the room and pressed the play button on the tape recorder they heard, "I can't go on. I have nothing to live for."Then there was the sound of a gunshot. I don't know about you, but I don't want a bald head (I'll be the first to admit my head wouldn't look good bald). That's not to say that I would want to lose my head if I did go bald though, so I thought it was a good answer!
