Background:
In the not too distant future, the "Republic of Slovenia", the "Republic of Croatia", "Bosnia and Herzegovina", the "Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" and the "Republic of Albania" join the "North Atlantic Treaty Organization". Unable to achieve international recognition (at the UN, EU or NATO), the illegitimate regime in Pristina joins with the "Republic of Albania" and they transfer their capital to Tirana. All said states effectively become protectorates of the "United States of America" and the "Federal Republic of Germany".
The "Republic of Slovenia" would be renamed to the "Protectorate of Slovenia".
The "Republic of Croatia" would be renamed to the "Protectorate of Croatia".
The "Bosnia and Herzegovina" would be renamed to the "Protectorate of Bosnia and Herzegovina".
The "Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" would be renamed to the "Protectorate of Macedonia".
The "Republic of Albania" would be renamed to the "Protectorate of Albania".
While this is happening, a wave of popular support brings the "Serb Federalists" to power in the "Republic of Serbia", the "Serb Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina" and the "Republic of Montenegro" with all the Federalists advocating joining with each other into the "Federation of Serb Republics" which would effectively be a Federation of Confederate Republics which would abide by a single constitution.

The "Autonomous Region of Vojvodina" would be renamed to the "Serb Republic of Krajina".

Military situation:
All states have been deeply effected by the global economic crisis and had to disband all military divisions save for garrisoned reservists. Several divisions have gone rogue and become bandits all over the place. The "United States of America" and its European allies were hit especially hard by the economic crisis so they cannot offer any help to their Balkan allies. On top of that, the official leader of the "Federation of Serb Republics" has called on the "Russian Federation" to create a no fly zone over the "Federation of Serb Republics" thus limiting any intervention by the "United States of America" or any other members of the "North Atlantic Treaty Organization" even if they had the ability to fight a war.
Note:
The "Palace" will produce an "Army" every 3 months and the "Barracks" will produce an "Mach Infantry" every month. If an "Army" wins a battle, they may enslave the captured division and turn it into a "Worker".
