RPG Managers

Section V. RPG POSITIONS
a. Game Manager: The Game Manager is responsible for the overall flow of the RPG game. He can take over the duties of any other manager at times of need (manager absent or manager is personally involved in a transaction). Is also the ART manager and responsible for all accounts and transactions thereof.
b. Item Manager: Responsible for keeping official track of what items each player has.
c. Price Manager: Responsible for maintaining the resource items list and appraising new or upraded houses to determine their real estate value.
d. Assistants and Rule Change
Each manager may hire as many assistants as required to handle their responsibilities. Rule changes require a unanimous vote of all filled and active manager positions. If a manager has not responded to a rule change request in 7 days they are assumed to have approved the change.
e. Appointments
Managers are elected and serve until they resign or receive a vote of no confidence. This is an open poll and requires a 2/3 majority of RPG citizens to hire or oust a manager.
f. Departed Players
If a player departs quietly (does not announce their departure) they can be declared permanently departed by any Manager after the following criteria are met:

- ART account has gone inactive (no RPG activity for ~4 weeks).
- No response after a week (or negative response) to Manager PM/email.
- Any public or private debt is to be paid off or distributed evenly between lenders.
- ART account is closed with any Yenarii left going to the RPG Market.
- Partner shares are disolved (example: a 4 partner company would become a 3 partner company).
- Property and possessions are auctioned off. Proceeds go to the auctioneer (20%) and the RPG market (80%) to be used for special events and such.
- Land grants are returned to the Bureau of Land Grants and become part of the next availability.
Item Manager: Responsible for keeping official track of what items each player has.
RPG Assistant: Would assist the RP Manager (me). There is plenty to do and a little help is always appreciated.
