Hi there, I've been talking with Shardie recently about making a RTK (Romance of the Three Kingdoms) mod to Civ4.
This would be set in China in the 300's (Between 200-240 AD, exact time isn't worked out yet). Not much has been worked out yet, but neither Shardie or myself are overly familiar with modding in Civ4, we we decided we needed some help. If you are interested with a Mod like this coming out, please reply and we'll try and sort out what needs to be done.
