Rush Production on CivWin?????

I recenctly got on a kick playing old games and downloaded Civilization for Windows (I did buy the original back in the day, so I'm not stealing).

Problem is I can't seem to figure out how to buy/rush production. I am attaching a picture of the city screen below. I am dumb and just not seeing something, or do I have some messed up version?

Please help, not being able to buy stuff is really killing my game.

You can find all the commands to cities in the upper menu:

Sorry I had to edit the picture and I accidently pressed delete current attachment so I can't add it in that first post of mine

You can also press the "B" key, which is a tad bit quicker and less annoying than using the drag-down menus
