Drunk Master, I already did that... but I cannot recommend it:

The symbol you requested is often reversed ingame, depending on the direction the wind is blowing, it would only work on a sail, but as flag it is better to chose symbols that can be mirrored without problems.

I will not show many pics this time, so I will explain what I put into this ZIP:

German Flags Set:
1 Flag: Reichskriegsflagge
NEW: now with background texture! Thus looking more like the standard flags ingame.

3 Sail Emblems: Admiral, Großadmiral, Commander of the Navy (Swords)
NEW: No grey "artifacts" at any zoomlevel. More details, finer texture in general. Size reduced slightly to prevent those nasty grey/black bars.

Phoenix Set: (my personal favorite)
1 Flag: Phoenix Flag
NEW: This flag has a texturized background

1 Sail Emblem: Phoenix - done by Colossus. As I took his Sail Emblem for the Phoenix Flag, I thought it would be good to include it in this package, too.

MODDER STUFF
A black and a white texturized background BMP, made of the English flag texture.

This gives the flags a more lively appearance than solid color. Use Photoshop and "multiply" your foreground pic over the texture or set it a bit transparent so that the texture appears on the flag.

I especially like the black sail, the wolf is probably good for a friend of mine. Nice ideas, nice sail emblems.

While I like the flags, did you use transparency for the eagle of the sail emblem? It looks purely white, but maybe it is only because the pic is so bright.

Gold Doubloon Sails,
Some Native American designs as sails on Solid color backgrounds in TGA format. (compatable with Pirates!)

More Native American style sails, Including some Mayan.
These are in DDS format.
DDS files updated to reduce background bleed and flags added.
Added some new files in the new zip.

Have figured out how to make TGA files with transparent backgrounds.

Here are the updated TGA files. Without background bleed like the DDS (on only some game displays) for comparison, you should prefer the DDS versions.
