I. we can only win by time however all other victory conditions are enabled.

one city which ha to be selected before 3500 BC must have a certain amount more units than gurding it than the rest.
4000-3000 BC: 1X
3000-2000 BC: 2X
2000-1000 BC: 3X
1000-0: 4X
0- 500: 5X
500-1000: 6X
1000-1500: 7X
1500-1800: 8X
1800-1919: 9X
1920-1969: 10X
1970-1999: 15X
2000-1945: 50X
1946-1950: 0X
if this is to easy then you can add upto 2 more cities. if we play allways peace then we must have villagers and settlers. remember this is only optional
