Out of the blue, my computer is not saving pictures. I was attempting to save a picture, when the file menu that asks for the name and shows the other files suddenly stopped working. I closed it out and now I cannot save pictures. I get an error message that says my access is denied and suggests I click a help button that doesn't work. Needless to say, this is a problem, and I don't appear to be the only one with the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?
