SCENARIO PREVIEW: The Three Kingdoms: Extended Edition

Summer means low activity.
Still....
Maybe we both should have a line of 100% focus,
meaning drop all on-going scenario projects with one exception.
This scenario is not the exception I am thinking about.

Nor is it mine. I do what I want, when I want.

I have decided (with Rocoteh's suggestion) to put this project on hold. I will not "re-activate" this thread until at the earliest August. You can go right ahead and play the scenario if you wish, but I will not care if you do... for now.
 
General reflection:

Scenario will benefit from starting units reduced with 50%.
A scenario should start with " I need every unit on hand" feeling.

This is in fact very important!

Reduce the units significantly? I think that was already somewhere in planning.

summer?!!?!


maybe we should be able to build all units in the scenario e.g (both light pikemen and medium pikemen at the same time) only that there are advantages in cost and speed as light pikemen move faster and cost less but are weaker and medium pikemen are stronger but cost more and move slower.

Also maybe you should increase the cost of units so that they take population to build which is a bit more realistic (in my opinion).
this may also apply to the three kingdoms scenario.

ok cool. not meaning to get off topic or anything, but have you got all the 10th level weapons in dw4? and will ripptide be making all the major heroes in TTK?
 
Sorry for the delay Sarevok, busy work week and not much time to do more than the webpage updates. Finished off redoing the death for the first swordsman today tho, and should also be able to get the first pikeman out today or tomorrow. As to the "heroes" citizen001, sorry but aside from the pics Sarevok linked me to I'm not very familiar with the storyline with this mod, so I've pretty well been working from some concept stuff I sent him to do the units

When those units are done I will make the official release. I will now accept any test report in this thread and apply it for the final version. If you have anything to say, say it NOW.
