Thread revived due to recent new interest in a three kingdoms scenario.
But now there is some confusion as to what 3k scen is to be made, since it wouldnt be really easy to have 2 almost identical 3k scens being made. Ah, i miss the civ2 days, it is virtually impossible to make ANY civ3 scen without significant help from others...
