Hello all! im a long time civ player but just decided to try a download scenerio today. my problem is how do i install it into C3C. if anyone can help me it would be greatly appriciated. :crazyeye:

Place the .biq file (ie; the YourScenarioName.biq file) into your .../Conquests/Scenarios/ folder (default install would be C:/Program Files/Infogrames Interactive/Conquests/Scenarios/). Then, place the scenario folder with all the files into the .../Conquests/Scenarios/ as well. So, in your Scenarios folder, you should have the .biq file and the folder for it. Then, when you load Conquests, select "Civ-Content", and you should see your scenario listed there. :)

thanks ginger for the prompt response :D . im gunna try to mess with the computer to see if i can find the files you spoke about. i looked in my harddrive but i dont think that i have the editor, or at least i cant find it on my civ 3 menu. when i look in the c drive all i can find are sounds, trailers, ect. if you have any more information please feel free to let me know.
thank you much,
veni vidi vici :goodjob:

You do have the editor - it comes with your install. :) It's located in your .../Conquests/ folder, and named "Civ3ConquestsEdit". When you double click your scenario file (the .biq one), it should open in this editor, where you can edit the map, the rules, etc.

When you go to your Civilization III folder, you should see a folder named "Art", "Text", etc, and one named "Conquests". Click the one named Conquests, then one named Scenarios (the scenarios folder will be in the Conquests folder), and you put the files there. Good luck!

you are the best :king: . im gunna try that now. :D . just one thing though the sox might win the american league this year but the marlins are taking the show!
thank you again... :goodjob:
