This one's new to me. Some of the civ's scores started showing up constantly, even when I turn off the scoreboard. They go on top of everything as well, including the city screens.
I did a crap job of cropping it (because i have 2 monitors, it screenshots both of them) but you can still see them on the right hand side.
I'm using rhye's 24 civ world map, so I guess it might well be to do with that.
