Screenshots in XP Pro

Hi all,

I installed SMAC on XP Pro and have had no problems at all running it. Great game!

Have had a weird issue that the sound was normal for a long time, and now for some reason the voices sound like they are in an echo chamber - have no idea what is up with that. Battle sounds etc. are still normal though. This started after I ran a program to watch videos (VLC I think it's called) - maybe it tweaked some sound setting I can't see. No big deal.

But for some reason I can't take a screenshot - the image is just black with a few small lines on it.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Thanks, it worked! For some reason I thought doing that would force the game to run in my normal resolution (which is huge and widescreen) and make everything really tiny, but it didn't.

Now I can also tab out, which I couldn't before, although I don't know if that affects game stability.
