screwed up money balace

I never had any problem with this until I installed the game a second time on my computer.

In the beginning, there's no problem. But, when I have like -50 on each turn, it adds 50 gold instead. Ok, it's something you really cheer for when you don't have much money, but it does spoil the fun :/

recently, I'm having more then -100 each turn, but it adds 2 or 3 golds in the treasure, it's not decreasing. And it randomly keeps doing that.

does any patch fix this or something?

Yeah, there's a money bug in 1.00. Patch it, it will go away.

To explain it in a bit more detail, you and the other civs are receiving twice what they should for negotiated GPT.
