Scrolling bug

Once in awhile my screen will get stuck scrolling left/right/up/down. Sometimes clicking things fixes it but other times it is a pain. Anyone have a way to fix the infinite scrolling? I had this problem in Civ 5 once in awhile too Thanks.

This has been an issue (for me) since Civ IV. If you are using WASD/arrow keys to rotate when a forced message pops up, it inevitably gets stuck in the direction you're scrolling. As you said, sometimes clicking randomly fixes it, but still annoying.
