SDK issue about Scenario Data

I have the SDK as well as net 4 d/l and the Visual C file d/l

Ok, I can make a map, add rivers goods and terrain no problem.

But, I go to alter the civ I am using under the scenario properties and change thing,close the window, click "SAVE" and then try it, all is fine except the data files wont save.

Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem. Spawning points and tech/policy info isn't saved. I've checked the scenario button.

Where is this button located?

In the set up game screen, just below the map you've chosen. You need to leave the advanced setup screen before you can check it.
