I'm starting to see a lot of new units out there that don't look anything like a reskin. Wheres the SDK or program that lets you make new nets so I can make my own puleeeeeeeeeeeeeease!!!!!
The SDK hasn't been released yet. All the SDK will let you do is alter the game engine and source code to make truly revolutionary mods. People are using 3D Studio Max with the Civ4 plugings to make the new models.
