Second August Update

I *think* I've got the only Huge milk run in progress at the moment, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if it's the last one before IV is released.
Time permitting I will do one that will get a number 1 spot...

1st attempt, Regent: 6th, score 22546
2nd attempt, Monarch: 4th, score 35289
3rd attempt, Emperor: 2nd, score 40967

I'll probably skip Demigod and try C3C Deity (I am not brave enough to try a Sid milk, imagine the amount of time needed :cringe:.)

I'll try and give you a good score to beat. :D

Oh, Khan, I'd almost forget you! Congratulations! [party]

Is it your New Frontier? :)
I'll be at the new frontier
playing Civ without mercy without fear!
Yes, this is my high score so far but I've a DG game in the same settings (with the Dutch...) that may gather 20K... And it is already near 45hours of gameplay, I dont know if I'll finish it if it approaches the 100H... Otherways I must stop civ, I'm a man who respects his word :D

I have a problem, guys. I did a really stupid thing last night, in my DG game.
I've played a bit with the starting menu and started a few new games, then realised that I had forgotten to save the 4000BC in the specific folder...
Is there anything I can do to recover it (SeedBeast for the world seed and reset the same settings and AI opponents)? I have a few intermediary saves but mainly from the AD, I forgot to save the early part of the game...
Otherways this game isn't worth going on...

What's the earliest .sav you've got Khan_Asparuh? We've accepted some with < 3000BC as the 1st .sav... What I normally do is use CRpMapStat to archive all of the autosaves for a game, and CivAssist II has the same feature. This means I don't forget about the intermediate .savs (1000BC, 10AD, 1000AD), and gives me something to refer back to when doing a writeup.

Well that's what I've done for the first game I've submitted (the EMP STD), but then my CA2 went down and I was unable to do it with this one. I didn't know that CRpMapStat does it, though I'm using it.
I'm at work now, but when I get home I'll check the saves I have. As I said, they must be AD probably.

It's not enabled by default, you have to go to the preferences and turn it on, and the compression as well. Just make sure the directory already exists as CRpMapStat doesn't create it (yet, until I fix that bug).

Sorry, but AD is really going to be far too late :(.

NP then, I'll start another one. Thanks for your help :D
