I have decided to post my ideas here, hoping they'd get some more views.
1.) Cube's Posse. Anyone who knows about Kaiju Big Battel would second this. (www.kaiju.com) Point is he's a maniacal fiend who was part of a Nazi research project but was raised by a normal American family. He is a doctor who performs evil experiments and creates monsters. He's a doctor who wears blue scrubs and has a white cube with a frowney face for a head.
Traits- Aggressive and Organized
UU- Posse member- replaces swordman- 6 2 , causes collateral damage.
UB- Danger cage!- replaces colosseum- same as colosseum but +1 per fortified unit on city.
2.) How about some Halo oriented civs? Brutes, covenanat, humans.
I'm not asking for a new scenario, however maybe add Banshees, Elites, Spartans, Scorpions, Warthogs, Scarabs, to the list of units. Not sure how it can be done, but I know it'd be wicked cool.
Tartarus- Brute Civilization- Aggressive and Protective- UU-Hammer Wielder, UB- Some sort of barracks.
Just some ideas.
3.) Perhaps have every leader involved in WW2, seeing as we have FDR, Churchill, Stalin, and De Gaulle. Let's not get into an argument about Hitler[aggro/financial, aggro/industious], I'm just saying he should be usable, he didn't last "the test of time" but to say he has no historical value would be an idiotic statement. Perhaps we can add in Tojo/Hirohito[aggro/industrious] (depending on who you believe to be pulling the strings) *[note- I guess Hirohito is in gold, so Nvm], and Mussolini [imperialist/aggro]. Just a thought.
4.) Leaders to add, Teddy Roosevelt, Margaret Thatcher, Robespierre, George Bush. Let's not argue about their character but whether it'd be possible to add them to the game.
5.) I like the idea of Boston civilization, perhaps I'm just being egotistical (or maybe because it was the cradle of the revolution), but it'd be cool. This could also lead to Fenway Park as a wonder, because it is.
As a joke, UU- Drunken Bostonian 10,2, can only be built after completion of Fenway Park, ability- doesn't use a to pillage. +200% vs. Tanks [because after a good game a baseball, what's better that breaking some motor vehicles.]
UB- Ball Park, which would be like a ball court only with baseball. Or perhaps Faneul Hall [probably incorrect spelling], it could replace the market, and add spy points or culture.
6.) Beatles Civilization (or at least make them great artists, if Elvis gets one). John Lennon or Paul McCartney [creative/organized], [creative/philosophical], or [creative/spiritual].
UU- Yellow Submarine, replaces attack submarine 40 10 can hold 4 passengers (6 if you include Sargent Pepper and Nowhere Man).
UB- Abbey Road- replaces colosseum- quicker production time, +2 per records
