Selfdestruction -> fast win ever (bug?)

This was the start of a random game.I hoped to build a
second city before the volcanic disaster would hit Delhi.
I wasn't lucky.

For this bonehead I posted another screenshot.
I started with 7 other civs and yes I could move
the settler one square away from the volcano
to prevent the disaster.It was a funny event
nothing more.

I remember Cheiftess posting about this before, so I think it's a known bug.

By the way, if you still have the save, you can just look in the ini file for the seed.
