I'm not sure what's causing this but it's different for each Civ I choose to play as.
When selecting the Scottish, it's just the Irish, Welsh, and English that get the headstart, the rest are as they were with Settler/Warrior/Scout.
It's probably something to do with the Team order they appear in, as all 3 of the mentioned Civs come before Scotland (e.g. Team0, Team1, Team2)
I wouldn't be too annoyed with it if it were only 1 turn in the difference, but those Civs are getting nearly enough hammers in to train a Warrior or Scout, given 2 more turns - whilst the rest of us have yet to settle.
Any ideas?
Also by the way I should mention that the map I used is Owen's edit of Vadus' U.K. map. Credits.
Edit: Forgot to mention there are Civs in this mod ran by Rise of Mankind a New Dawn, by the way.
I've also noticed that on the AND2 Earth 15 pre-set Civs map the same thing is happening when I opened the worldbuilder as the Russians. Many Civs, such as the Romans, appear to have settled a while ago, whilst the Aztecs have yet to settle.
Is this just something I haven't noticed before?
