Hello, I purchased Microsoft Flight Simulator X and tried to install it on my computer, however it requires service pack 2. So when I downloaded it and tried to install it, it says "The expected version of the product was not found on your system". I don't know what the problem is: I am not running pirated software, and I don't think I updated Windows before (I tried after this point the installation for flight simulator again just in case, but it still said that the service pack was not found). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
