and it will also prevent setter setting down in jungle...

and fast moving army should not enter this area too... maybe until realroad they could.
 
So, you are saying that people never settled in the jungle.
 
People have settled jungles and tundra since Moby Dick was a minnow. Mountains too, for that matter.

And to say that armies should not enter them? C'mon. Think for a moment of military history, then reconsider.

the idea of mod just prevent the AI and player enpend to bad land too early, maybe a tech later in medieval age could make this available... In 0AD, civiled place have many huge cities, but in jungle and tundra...

and about the fast moving armies, it's refered to cav/tank, could chariots and cav ether the jungle? could mounted army suvived in iceland without grass to feed them and cloth to warm them? even tank will get freezing in winter...
