It is not a sure thing, however. Some of the earliest versions of vanilla cannot be opened by C3C. I think the dividing line is vanilla 1.20 but .

Many HoF tables have some extremely late finish dates... I suspect even for some players who've only played a handful of games and haven't played demi-god yet.

Try setting some goal based on the history of the Civ you are playing. Rule the Seas with England or trying tp conquer England as Spain would be good examples.

Research Alphabet with America??? Surely one NEVER wants to play a space race with Sumeria. I mean, they ended up farther away from getting into orbit than any other tribe. Maybe we should think about writing a Heroic Epic due to the DEFENSIVE Enkidu.

I like that idea. I've always thought it would be cool to try playing as Germany and invade Russia in the industrial age. One strategy would be to concentrate all the forces on capturing Moscow i.e. take out command and control. Another strategy would be to concentrate all the forces on Stalingrad, i.e. take and hold all of the resources in the south and deny the Volga to the Soviets.
