Setting start locations on Earth map

I changed the Earth map file so I could choose any civilization and any leader I wanted according to how this person said to do it in this thread:

It plays and works fine, its just I want to be able to set the start locations of all the civilizations to the real life locations like in the other Earth maps, so I dont have to move the units to their places every time I start a game. How can I do this while still being able to pick any leaders/civs I want?
