Settlers can't settle

I don't know why but the button for settling isn't there, I've only encountered this in my own mods for some reason. (Settler is not replaced, I do have No Annexing on though, does this have something to do with it?)

Can I please get some help on this? I want to be able to release my mods.

EDIT: BTW, I should point out when I am testing these mods, I am only testing my own mod, nothing else.

If no one's biting, it's because you haven't provided enough to go on. Attach your mods and/or post your logs.

Also, I suggest you click the report button on your OP and ask to have this moved to the main C&C subforum, since it doesn't sound like you're having a problem with programming/scripting, and there tends to be more eyes on posts there.

The newest version of Lua is untested, so if that doesn't work please ignore that. I just want to be to know why I can't found cities.
Also, I id turn off NoAnnexing, but I'd rather have it on in the end product provided that's not breaking the mod.

Settling is working just fine for me. When you say you're only using your own mod, have you ensured you're also not using EUI? (Because it's installed as a pseudo-DLC it won't appear in the mod list.) Also try clearing your cache.

Alright, I'll try this.

You mean that Fake DLC that comes with the Community Balance Patch? I removed that so I could play with other mods again. But I haven't tested since then.

EDIT: OK yeah, I think it was the UI mod, it's working now! Thanks!
EDIT: Oh wait it's not working now, argg.
