SG: All Hail the King!

Basically, this is how this SG will work. We will, during the entire game, use only the monarchy. We will head straigt for Monarchy in the tech path. Once we have changed to the monarchy, that's the way we'll stay. Maybe, if you really want a challenge, we'll stay a despotism...
All options are open. I think a religious civ will be used, just to be closer to our desired tech. All input welcome.
