Agreed, no reason to wait until Monty is finished to start of Shaka.
I noticed a Mansa and a Shaka unit wandering around in Gandhi's spoke. Not a big deal, but you will need to allocate a few Cavs to killing them on turtn 1 of the war.

Going very slowly but well -- several more Aztec cities now in hand and making some progress against the south as well -- see interim save below.
Won't get much more done for about 24 hours, but should have the time to finish in time. Is that satisfactory?

Indeed, you have units all over.
We're at 52% / 68% land and 6% over the pop requirement. If you need to whip, you have some pop to turn into hammers.

It was a long night. Had played about two turns and RL intervened: tree fell; transformer blew; power off; saved game (back-up battery); shut down; and attended to more pressing matters.
Power is obviously back on and will commence playing shortly. Operating on assumption that lakes and mountains count toward Dom'n land. Please inform ASAP if not true.

That was a busy night. Hope everything is OK and the tree only damaged the power?Was that the result of the storm we had as well? It rained 3 inches up here with a vicious wind. Just dying down now, but the ocean was wild this morning.
As far as I know, mountain and lakes do not count towards domination. I'll check around and get back.

found that lakes do not count but cannot find a definitive on mountains. I do not think they count though.
No serious damage from storm on our property, just inconvenience.
Having founded a couple of settlements including mountains and lakes, looks like they are included in land area. Please do check, though. Perhaps this has led us to underestimate number of tiles needed for Dom'n. Nevertheless, think we'll get there -- up to 58% now..

Glad to hear your property is OK.
I've always understood that mountains do count in the land calculation, but not water or ice tiles. But I am not 100% sure.

Sorry, I wasn't very clear. Correct, I believe ice over water does not count. Frozen land does count.
Have to quit for about six hours, but up to 65+%, so should be able to finish tonight. No answer for destroyers, except sacrificing to distract, but 3/4 cavs can eliminate a tank (you think?).
