Should a new forum be added?

With the new patch out for Civ 3, real scenarios(diplomacy nonwithstanding) can be made. More importantly, they can be given out for the general public. Since they don't fit into any of the existing categories in the Creation section of the Civ 3 forums, would it make sense to have a new Completed Scenarios sub-forum? Just like the Civ 2 area for downloads, it would be more organized to split the area between mods, maps, and scenarios.
