The first part of the sentence is not true I mean seriously, there ain't that big difference in graphics, there are even some people who like Civ4 graphics better.

Count me there. They cited "a living world" when marketing civ0.5, but the truth is, it is NOT living. civ4, OTOH, is; trees "dancing", farms alive, mines working, lumbermills, watermills, etcetcetc... they may be a little outdated, but alive. There is a difference.
