Should we trade with Bismark

I have split up the poll into two different questions. However, we must remember that the TC is on Thursday morning, so there is only about 34 hours before this poll will be acted on.

Should we do any of these trades?
Give Mono: and get 40 gold back
Give Civil: and get 40 gold back
Don't trade: and get nothing
Abstain

I've voted for giving mono, though I'd like to wait a few turns and see how Alex & Bismarck get on before doing this.
