Simple Mod Request: Remove Camps & Map From Ancient Ruins

Hello,

As the title suggests I am looking for a mod that removes the possibility of getting barbarian camp activity or a map of the surrounding area as rewards from ancient ruins.
Doesn't sound too hard to do, I just don't have any experience with modding to do it myself.
