Simultaneous release on Mac and Windows?

It took a little while for Civ V to come to Mac, but I sure hope that it won't be the same with Gods and Kings, my anticipation for it is reaching critical mass. I suppose I'll have to busy myself with Binding of Isaac's expansion in the meantime.

Getting back on topic, what do you guys think? Will it be a cross-platform or Steamplay release?

Steam Play probably yes.

Cross-release I severely doubt. They have to port all of the code and that can't be done until the game is complete.
