single player teams?

My question is for Civilization 3

Is there a way to make teams when creating a game on single player mode? Thanks in advance!

yes, locked alliances.

Ok hopefully it's not a dumb question, but where do you set it up as locked alliances? I usually just pick a map and random enemies. I don't see an option to lock alliances anywhere when I make games. It's Civ3 conquests. Thanks again!

You have to create a scenario to do it. Check on the creation forum and look at some scenarios like the WWII ones, They tend to have locked alliances.
