When I uploaded one of my saved games I found that instead of the usual 3 characters to one unit, there is only 1! Can someone help me please.

Single unit graphics error

I'm not sure how could that happen on its own but seems like your graphic settings have been lowered (on lower settings there is 1 unit instead of 1/2/3/4 depending on type). A solution below.
Moderator Action: Thread title changed and thread moved to the Tech Support forum.
Start the game, selected Advanced from the main menu, then Options, and make sure you don't have "Single Unit Graphics" checked. There is a simple option that you can change in the settings to go from single to multi-unit graphics.
