Ski Resorts

I think it's a lil bit sad that there's only seaside resorts. I know you may use mountains tiles for the National Parks but they sometimes are really hard to place (mostly because of the "all four tiles must belong to the same city" rule imo)

It would be awesome to have some tech allowing our builders to go through mountains tiles and then build some ski resorts on those ; with the same rules as sea side resorts.

That would allow some more tourism for the inland empires, make mountains tiles useful to buy, and I so want to see ski lifts on them

sounds almost like a unique improvement they're holding out on for a dlc civ like the golf courses for scotland
