I have this odd problem where the game slows down every few turns. If I alt/esc to the desktop and right click refresh it speeds up and then slows down again after a fe turns.
My machine is above the recommended requirements for Civ 4 and I play on small maps with lowest settings anyway. Any idea what this problem is and how I can solve it?
