first of all,sorry should i have missed the specific subforum for this..i checked.
is scientific progress slowed down in 1.14? i played as russia the other day and being a colossal empire of course research was tanking at 30-40%...now i wonder..all the other empires were slow, too. well into the 50's even america was still only one or two techs ahead. how's that?
i like it btw..wayyy more balance. no more super england...
