I have added the Estates General to the list of Government Specific Wonders in my previous post. It's a little different than the specs you had told me.

Also, I'm considering posting a buildings.pxc with a dozen buildings/wonders added to save other people a lot of pasting and getting glue all over their hands. Is that a good idea?

I would like to see especially the gov-buildings like Reichstag, Congress etc. in it to individualize the palace for different countries. Since many scenarios try to mirror historic developments/events these buildings can add some flavor to these scenarios. Many scenario makers refrain from adding too many buildings as this is a tedious task which will only appreciated at second glance. So a buildings.pcx will spare them some time and makes it more likely that more buildings will be added. Since Rufus made quite a lot of the gov-buildings and they are really great, it would be a pity if they weren't used in the scenarios.

Okay, but how do I set up my file here to be downloaded?
Oh yeah, mine doesn't have Congress cause there's no America in my mod but it has most of Rufus and Ukas best work on it.

Note that there is the Iron Works also among the new icons cause I was gonna use it as a building icon for something else. Just ignore it and it'll go away.
Remember that single icons are for wonders and 4 in a row are for buildings (cafe and concentration camp). There is tons of extra space for new icons included.

How could this be used in Civ3 PTW ??? hmmmm ... Maybe as a Great Wonder ? That way Germany can be the only one to have it ... I wish I could just make it a alternative for the Forbidden Palace or something, Oh I'm confused now ! Berlin is the capital so you can't put a forbidden palace in it ... :|
