In his first speech, he condemned the OPEC assault on India, and offered alliances to Britain, Germany(OOC- come on Jason, we kick ass in the Roots NES ), Russia and France.

He is also considering alliances with others.

And SKILORD, is it just me or is there no reason to have the "Medium army" stuff etc? Cause you buy your units...

Or does that give you special abilities or something, or am I missing the table that tells you how much you begin with?(I'd better read through the rules properly lol)
