As always, it depends on what you are comparing with.

If you're a novice, I'm definately awsome.
If you're a weak club player, I'm pretty good.
If you're a medium club player, I'm kind of average.
If you're a strong club player, I'm somewhat weak.
If you're a GM, I'm absolutely terrible.

Id say somewhere between Novice and Weak, closer to novice

Let me know if you want a game. Most, if not all, of us will play against anyone, regardless of how good they are. I try to give some advice when playing someone below my level and expect some pointers when playing those above my level. Both are good learning experiences actually. At least they are to me.

I'm now about 1500 on Yahoo Chess and the Zone... I guess that puts me somewhere between weak club and medium club...

I actually accomplished my goal of getting from 1400 to 1500 in less than a year. Next goal, get to 1600 in two years...
