Wow, that would be quite painful to fight against with anything less than Frigates. I guess one could completely forget about capturing those Turtle Ships, also. Any Privateer sailing in those coastal waters would basically have committed suicide.

LOL. Korea. The size of their fleet and the captial scares me.
I wouldn't go sailing anywhere near that place if I was at war with Korea, not even with frigates. It'd probably get sunk trying to get into those ocean tiles.
