So, which Evil Ruler Mods do we want first?

Obviously, the first evil ruler that everyone requests is Hitler... there have been some nice Mods for him in the past. Closely followed by people like Stalin, Mao and Genghis.

I'm guessing Pol Pot and Vlad the Impaler would also get some votes.

Dirlewanger wasn't a leader but I guess he could be put in as a Great General (his Brigade did turn into an actual Division at one point)

The thing with these leaders though, is that they're often dependent on view. For example, the Spanish king Philip II is considered "evil" in the Netherlands, but not in Spain. Or what about Mussolini? Tito? Nixon?
