Something I found out about the "catastrophic error" problems

Well after a couple month hiatus from the game, I decided to install it today on one of my computers. This is where I first encountered the catastrophic error on disc 2. Now this error didnt occur upon starting the disc 2 install, but rather half way through or so. I then tried it on my main computer and it installed perfectly fine. I figured out that it was the CD-Roms...On my other computer the cd-rom is fairly old, and on my new computer, it's fairly new. Just a tip to those who might still be having problems even with exchanging at the store multiple times.
