Help!
I recently noticed that on the PS4 it seems that despite having all 11 add-on packs installed, the policy cards on the PS4 are not the same as they are on the PC.
I have not as yet done a full check, but where it was instantly obvious was the '5 year plan' policy card where Campuses (Campi?) and Industrial Areas are both on a boost, whereas in the PC version the IA are now a military policy.
I have uninstalled & reinstalled & still there are discrepancies.
What have I not done please?
